Cars clogs recalled

I am very disappointed... Danny's Cars shoes have been recalled.

I went poking around online to try to find him the next size larger only to find out that they are gone. I could guess why before I read the release, though... It's those black wheels that can come unglued - they pose a choking hazard. I solved that problem by pulling them off and drawing the tires back in with a Sharpie...

I can only hope that they will re-issue a new version that doesn't have the same problem. I really liked those shoes - and Danny still loves them. I put them aside since they don't fit anymore, but he keeps finding them and trying to jam them on his feet anyway!

Milk & cookies for dessert

It took about 3 seconds for Danny to discover one of the benefits of
getting his milk in a big boy cup...

Trains...

A week plus a bit to open all the chistmas presents so we could find
the train table that Santa brought. About half an hour or so for Mommy
to figure out how to set up all the train tracks. About half a minute
for "Elmozilla" to tear apart the tracks...

Yellow shirt

Danny likes the new yellow shirt that Auntie got him for Christmas.
It's warm and has plenty of room to grow!
